Men\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes, cet atelier avait pour objectif d'aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 prendre conscience de leur stress li\u00e9 aux examens, \u00e0 exprimer leurs \u00e9motions et
